They got their name from Richard Brautugan’s book Revenge of the Lawn and play powerful soulful rock’n roll accented by harmony and dark humor. Steve Loree founded the band as a writing vehicle and the idea stuck. It has developed into a strong musical partnership. This band is all about the songs: and the songs are really cool.
