The core band of bassist Charnett Moffett, former smooth-jazz pianist Vernell Brown Jr., hip-hop drummer Chris Dave, and the special guests weave a unique tapestry of songs rooted in China, Japan, and Korea, but with jazz sensibilities and pop overtones.
